Review and redline AV, electrical, and millwork drawings to ensure serviceability, access, and design alignment.
Issue and track redlines in coordination with engineering and project management.
Lead and guide installation teams; verify installation methods, terminations, labeling, and rack builds meet TSC standards.
Coordinate with general contractors, electricians, millworkers, and IT/networking teams to ensure site readiness.
Conduct pre-commissioning readiness checks (power, network, endpoints, firmware, signal paths).
Manage and resolve site issues; maintain accurate issue logs and punch lists.
Advise on installation sequencing, storage, and safety requirements to support project planning and logistics.
Assist in project closeout with as-built documentation and handover materials.

Strong understanding of AV signal flow, control systems, audio processing, and video distribution.
Hands-on experience installing, wiring, and aligning AV systems in commercial or experiential environments.
Familiarity with rack fabrication, cable management, labeling standards, and device configuration.
Working knowledge of networked AV (VLANs, PoE, IP addressing, device discovery) and collaboration with IT on switch configuration and AV-over-IP deployments.
Practical understanding of Dante, Q-SYS, and other networked audio/video protocols.
Proficiency performing pre-commissioning readiness checks and diagnosing signal flow, device communication, and network issues using test gear (cable testers, tone generators, multimeters).
Ability to read, interpret, and redline AV, electrical, and millwork drawings. Comfortable using AutoCAD, Revit, or Vectorworks for field coordination.
