They are looking for a knowledgeable residential and/or commercial audio/video technician. Services offered include Home Theater, Networking Solutions, Video Surveillance, Home Automation, Distributed Audio, and Outdoor Audio/Video.

What would a typical day look like?<\/b>
<\/h3>
As an Installer at our client<\/b>, you’ll work in homes and businesses installing and integrating cutting -edge A/V and automation technology.
<\/p>
Here’s how a typical week might look:
<\/p>
Monday:<\/b> Pulling wire at a residential home under construction
<\/p><\/li>Tuesday:<\/b> Hanging TVs and mounting projectors in conference rooms for a commercial client
<\/p><\/li>Wednesday:<\/b> Tuning an ultra -luxury theater room to deliver top -tier Dolby Atmos performance
<\/p><\/li>Thursday:<\/b> Possibly joining a company -sponsored recreation day (e.g., go -karting) — typically twice a year
<\/p><\/li>Friday:<\/b> Conducting onsite troubleshooting visits for existing client systems
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>Daily responsibilities could include:
<\/p>Installing audio/visual, basic networking, and automation equipment in residential and commercial sites
<\/p><\/li>Running low -voltage wiring during construction
<\/p><\/li>Installing TVs, speakers, receivers, etc.
<\/p><\/li>Interpreting engineering schematics
<\/p><\/li>Terminating head -end system components
<\/p><\/li>Understanding interfaces between control systems and subsystems
<\/p><\/li>Troubleshooting audio, visual, and automation equipment
<\/p><\/li>Documenting work thoroughly for team continuity
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>Flexibility is key—priorities can shift quickly. You’ll also train clients on new technology and support them with patience and professionalism.<\/p>

What should you bring to the table?<\/b>
<\/h3>1–3 years of low -voltage experience (AV/custom installation preferred)
<\/p><\/li>Open to candidates with related experience (construction, electrical, etc.)
<\/p><\/li>Knowledge of residential systems integration (A/V, lighting, shades, HVAC control, CCTV, networks, etc.)
<\/p><\/li>Understanding of signal flow and ability to troubleshoot distributed audio/video & home theater systems
<\/p><\/li>Ability to read blueprints and schematics
<\/p><\/li>Strong grasp of wiring, system design, and installation techniques
<\/p><\/li>Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
<\/p><\/li>Reliable transportation and clean driving record
<\/p><\/li>Strong general tech knowledge
<\/p><\/li>High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
<\/p><\/li>Professional appearance and strong attention to detail

<\/p><\/li>Installing/maintaining networking solutions (routers, access points, structured wiring)

<\/p><\/li>Installing/maintaining IP -based video surveillance systems
<\/p><\/li>Installing distributed audio systems
<\/p><\/li>Installing outdoor video and audio solutions
