Job Overview

This integrator is seeking a skilled Lead Technician/Programmer who can confidently manage high-end AV installations, programming, and service calls. This role involves working with sophisticated systems like Crestron, Savant, and Control4. You will lead a team in the field, maintain high standards, and ensure that all work is done with precision and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex AV installations, including system programming, troubleshooting, and quality control
• Work closely with high-end clients, including celebrities and VIPs maintaining a professional demeanor
• Conduct programming on platforms such as Crestron, Savant, and COntrol4, with opportunities to learn additional systems 
• Ensure all installations meet the highest standards, with a focus on clean, meticulous work even in unseen areas
• Mentor junior technicians, setting an example of professional conduct and craftsmanship 

Qualifications

• Proficiency in at least one of the major control systems (Crestron, Savant, Control4), with the willingness to learn others
• Experience in high-end AV installations, particularly in environments involving celebrities or high-net-worth individuals 
• Ability to work independently in the field, managing all aspects of AV deployments 
• Clean background check 
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Networking skills and an understanding of IP configuration and troubleshooting 
• Additional certifications in programming AV systems
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay composed in high-pressure situations

Physical Demands

• Physical requirements include standing, sitting, walking, bending, climbing, reaching, and lifting up to 80 lbs
