RieLes Group is seeking an experienced Senior Admin Support/Project Information Specialist to include Facilities and AudioVisual Management for Conference Rooms, Training Rooms, and Business Center Management (non-exempt) who is interested in working in the Arlington, VA headquarters. The Information Resource Center (IRC) Administrative Support Services provides essential administrative and information management support to the U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA) at its headquarters in Arlington, VA. USTDA is a U.S. government agency that advances economic development and U.S. commercial interests overseas by funding project preparation activities such as feasibility studies, technical assistance, and training. The IRC ensures smooth daily operations by managing records, information systems, mail and file processing, visitor reception, facilities and audio-visual support, and other administrative functions, enabling USTDA staff to focus on their mission of connecting U.S. businesses with infrastructure opportunities in emerging markets.

Job Title: Senior Admin Support/Project Information Specialist to include Facilities and AudioVisual Management for Conference Rooms, Training Rooms, and Business Center Management (non-exempt)
Location: U.S. Trade and Development Agency (USTDA), 1101 Wilson Boulevard, Suite 1100, Arlington, VA 22209
Employment Details:
Schedule: 1,920 hours/year (40 hrs/week)
Shift: Full-time, Monday–Friday, normal office hours 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Notes: Supports project information systems, requires daily in-office presence
12 months from the date of award with 4-year/12-month option periods

About the Role:
We are seeking a Senior Administrative Support Specialist (Project Information Specialist) to provide advanced administrative and data management support to USTDA programs and projects. The role requires strong organizational skills and expertise in information systems to ensure accuracy, consistency, and accessibility of agency records and project data

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide senior-level administrative support for USTDA project information systems
  • Maintain, update, and quality-check data within agency databases
  • Assist in compiling project-related reports, correspondence, and documentation
  • Support program staff with research, document retrieval, and tracking deliverables
  • Coordinate with internal offices to ensure compliance with agency information policies

Qualifications:
  • At least 10 years of administrative management or relevant work experience
  • Experience in creating and implementing organizational or administrative management
  • policies and procedures
  • Experience evaluating program effectiveness and recommending improvements
  • Experience providing training and technical assistance to staff
  • Experience in information and records management
  • Proficient in the use of a variety of IT programs, databases, and computerized systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to innovative and quality customer service
  • Physical ability to move a large number of files and/or file boxes
  • Experience providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting issues with AV
  • equipment during events such as microphone and monitor connectivity, presentations or visual material access
  • Experience creating and editing audio-visual content, such as presentations and videos
  • Experience setting up conference, board, or training rooms
  • Experience with other administrative services like office management, building and facilities management, human resources, and/or security
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize work, and meet deadlines
  • Ability to identify and resolve complex problems
  • College degree required in business or information management and/or related certifications

Clearance Requirement:
  • U. S. Citizenship
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a "SECRET" security clearance
  • Possess strong organizational and customer service skills
  • Possess the ability to respond flexibly and to provide rapid assistance in a time-sensitive environment
  • Proficient in the use of commercial software packages and databases, such as Microsoft
  • Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
