Salary: £32,000 - £37,000

Aztrum is pleased to be working with a growing independent acoustics consultancy who are seeking a motivated Acoustic Consultant with around 2 years’ experience to join their expanding team in the North West region.

About You:

• 1–2 years’ experience in acoustic consultancy (within building or environmental acoustics).
• Ability to use industry-standard software such as CadnaA, SoundPLAN, or similar.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A full UK driving licence.

What you’ll be doing day-to-day:

• Carrying out noise and vibration surveys on-site.
• Preparing technical reports to support planning and design.
• Using modelling software (e.g. CadnaA, SoundPLAN) to predict and assess noise impacts.
• Supporting the design of sound insulation and acoustic solutions for buildings.
• Liaising with clients, contractors, and local authorities.
• Assisting senior consultants with project delivery and client presentations.
