Audio Engineer / Production Technician
This is a full time position that provides a salary commensurate with experience and outstanding benefits in a truth and grace filled work environment.
The Audio Engineer / Production Technician supports the technical execution of worship services, rehearsals, and events across HPUMC campuses. This position focuses on audio system setup, operation, troubleshooting, and maintenance while also assisting with broader AVL production needs. The individual must be able to operate equipment confidently, maintain organized workspaces, assist staff and volunteers, and adapt to the varying technical needs of worship services and campus events.
This role works closely with the Director of Production and Production staff to ensure high-quality in-person and online worship experiences.

Working Hours: This is a full time position that will work at least 36 hours per week
Anticipated Schedule: Monday - Thursday 9:00 – 5:00 (includes a 30 min unpaid lunch); Sunday 7am – 1pm
Event support hours vary greatly and during certain times of the year additional hours may be necessary to meet the demands of the job. All church staff will be asked to support and serve for religious holidays and worship services including Christmas Eve and Easter. Presence on occasional Sundays is also requested to ensure that one has the firsthand understanding of the church culture.
