The incumbent is responsible for managing and supporting the audiovisual needs of the department. This role involves the planning, implementation setup, operation, and maintenance of audiovisual equipment and systems in support of department’s day-to-day operations, events, meetings, and presentations. The coordinator ensures high-quality audio and visual experiences, troubleshoots technical issues and provides training and technical support to staff. Additionally, this position is required to stay updated on the latest audiovisual technologies and trends, making recommendations for upgrades and improvements, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and regulations to support the agency's communication and operational goals.
