About the Program
This is a six-month, full-time apprenticeship (30–40 hours per week). It’s designed for recent college graduates interested in communications, media, or live production.
- Strong performers may be invited back for a second session (up to one year total)
- While it doesn’t guarantee a full-time job, it’s a great way to build your resume, portfolio, and industry connections
What You’ll Do
- Help set up, operate, and take down AV equipment for events
- Collaborating effectively as part of a team and working independently.
- Maintaining a clean and organized production environment.
- Basic Knowledge of video production equipment
- Video editing and post-production workflows
- Troubleshoot and maintain cameras, projectors, audio systems, and lighting
- Work as part of a team to deliver professional-quality live events
Who We’re Looking For
- A proactive and enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Recent grads passionate about media, AV, and live events
- Basic knowledge of video, audio, lighting, or computers (signal flow a plus)
- Strong communicator, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
- Must have a valid driver’s license and flexible availability (some early mornings, evenings, weekends)
