Location: Sunbury-on-Thames
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000

Our client provides industry leading environmental monitoring equipment and acoustic consultancy services. Their areas of expertise include:

• Acoustic consultancy for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
• Noise monitoring solutions for urban development and transport infrastructure.
• Environmental impact assessments with a focus on noise control.
• Custom system design and integration for environmental monitoring.

The Role

As an Acoustic Consultant, you’ll work with their dynamic team to deliver noise and vibration consultancy services. Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting environmental noise surveys and site assessments.
• Preparing technical reports, including acoustic impact assessments.
• Providing advice on noise control solutions for a range of projects.
• Collaborating with engineers, planners, and clients to meet regulatory standards.
• Acoustic modelling using CadnaA and ODEON.

What We’re Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

• A degree in Acoustics, Environmental Science, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in acoustic consultancy or a similar role.
• Familiarity with acoustic modelling software (e.g., CadnaA, SoundPLAN, ODEON).
• Strong knowledge of UK noise regulations and standards.
• Excellent communication and report-writing skills.

A valid driver’s license is essential due to the need for site visits.
