Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the research and technical development of audio algorithms, including voice enhancement, sound post-processing, audio encoding and decoding, etc., to enhance the core competitiveness and user experience of the company's related products; 2. Responsible for the implementation and optimization of audio algorithms, including C model development, DSP platform porting and optimization; 3. Responsible for supporting the engineering implementation of audio algorithms, such as software and hardware implementation, performance tuning, problem analysis and resolution; 4. Track technological frontiers and write patents.
Requirements:
1. Master's degree or above in acoustics, signal processing, automation, communications, electronic engineering, or computer science, with at least seven years of work experience. 2. Strong mathematical foundation, independent theoretical analysis and deduction skills, and proficiency in theoretical knowledge of digital signal processing, audio signal processing, and other disciplines. 3. Familiarity with the basic principles of audio algorithms and mastery of any of the following audio research areas. Applicants with multiple experiences are preferred: 1) Speech enhancement: noise suppression, echo cancellation, beamforming, sound source localization, blind source separation, and dereverberation. 2) Audio post-processing: virtual bass, stereo enhancement, 3D surround, and sound field reconstruction. 3) Audio codecs: AMR/EVS, AudioVivid, LC3/plus, etc. 4) DSP development and optimization: CEVA, HiFi, Qualcomm DSP, etc. 4. Proficiency in Matlab, Python, C, and C++ programming. Applicants with experience in ARM and DSP are preferred. 5. Excellent English reading and writing skills. 6. Proactive, team-oriented, self-motivated, and with good communication skills.
